| |
| Q: |
What are the qualifications for being a recruitment firm member? |
|
| |
| A: |
You must be an Independent Recruiter. (It’s not for corporate HR recruiters). You'll
need to speak with our VP of Recruiter Relations to determine if there is a two way fit. |

| |
| Q: |
How do I get my best candidates registered in the Candidate Concierge? |
|
| |
| A: |
When you Sign Up for free and become a member you will receive a
customized web page that is your invitation landing page. From there you can
customize your message, offer additional services and send out invitations to
candidates that you know and you believe to be highly regarded in their industry. |

| |
| Q: |
What happens if a candidate registers with several Concierge Recruiters? |
|
| |
| A: |
That can happen if the same candidate registers using two different email addresses. That should not happen if our Concierge Recruitment
Members have a real relationship with their candidates and they are doing a good
job at marketing them. |

| Q: |
What are the split percentages? |
|
| |
| A: |
The normal and customary rate on splits is 50/50. But it’s your decision…we don’t set rules for how you charge your clients. |
|
| |
| Q: |
Do you allow for three way splits? |
|
| |
| A: |
Do what you want …it’s your business. If another Recruitment Concierge member is willing…why not? |
|
| |
| Q: |
Can I also be a member of other split networks? |
|
| |
| A: |
Sure… the more the merrier. We are not competing with Split Networks. You should encourage your split
associates to join because they will also benefit from this growing database of outstanding and
EASILY SEARCHABLE active and passive candidates. |
